A Striking Example of Italian Racing Craftsmanship
Offered here is a Guerciotti Team Bike, built on a mid-1980s Columbus steel frame and fork, representing the golden era of Italian professional racing bicycles. Guerciotti is renowned for producing race-proven frames ridden by professional teams, and this example showcases the brand’s unmistakable craftsmanship and attention to detail.
This bike comes from an exceptional 38-bicycle private collection, all owned by the same rider. With so many bikes in rotation, each has seen very light use, and this Guerciotti is no exception.
The frame appears to have been professionally repainted by 10 Speed Drive Imports (California) in a vibrant yellow finish. The crisp detailing, engraved logos, and black brushed paint accents highlight the lug work beautifully—an eye-catching and tasteful restoration that elevates this bike to true collector status.
Tastefully Updated Campagnolo Build
While the frame dates to the mid-1980s, this Guerciotti has been expertly updated with a Campagnolo Chorus 10-speed drivetrain featuring Ergopower shifters, blending classic steel ride quality with modern shifting performance. Period-correct Campagnolo Victory tubular rims laced to Campagnolo Record black hubs complete the high-end Italian build.
